1. Service Provision

IPTVSNRT is committed to providing access to the channels available in the country for which you have purchased a subscription. Please note that the quality, availability, and functionality of channels outside the subscribed region are not guaranteed.

  • Quality refers to clear video and audio.

  • Availability refers to channel accessibility 99% of the time.

  • Functionality refers to the absence of technical issues in channel operation.

2. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Although our services may be available within the European Union (EU), IPTVSNRT is a company registered outside the EU. Therefore, our practices are not governed by EU regulations. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where IPTVSNRT is registered, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

3. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are granted only at our discretion and must be based on a valid reason. Refunds are not automatically issued in the event of service issues and are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
All refunds are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. By purchasing or renewing any IPTVSNRT service, you agree to this condition and acknowledge that no other refund method will be accepted.
Our money-back guarantee, as described on our website, is subject to the refund policy outlined in these Terms.

4. Refund Exclusions

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Missing or unavailable channels

  • Incorrect or outdated channel content

  • Issues with FHD or 4K video quality

  • Errors or missing titles in the Video On Demand (VOD) library

  • Temporary buffering or service interruptions

  • Inaccurate or missing Electronic Program Guide (EPG) data

  • User’s inability to configure or use the service

  • Service blockage by the user’s Internet Service Provider (ISP)

  • Unsupported devices or platforms

  • Poor internet connection or network limitations on the user’s side

  • Subscription renewals

Note: The VOD library is provided as a complimentary feature and cannot be used as a basis for refund claims.

5. Credits for Resellers

Credits purchased for reselling IPTVSNRT services are non-refundable.

6. Additional Services

Any optional or additional features added to your subscription are non-refundable.

7. Legal Responsibility

It is the subscriber’s sole responsibility to ensure that the use of IPTVSNRT services complies with local laws. You assume full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of our service.

8. Use of the Service

Your IPTVSNRT account is intended for personal and private use only—either within your home or on your personal mobile device.
You may not share your account credentials or allow multiple simultaneous connections.
Violations of this condition, including account sharing or redistribution of our service, may result in permanent account suspension without notice.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate any of these Terms;

  • Engage in disrespectful behavior toward our staff;

  • Retransmit or resell our services; or

  • Engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, consider harmful to IPTVSNRT’s operations, reputation, or service integrity.

10. Blocking by ISP

Certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may block IPTV services to protect copyrighted content. IPTVSNRT has no control over such actions and is not responsible for any interruptions caused by ISP blocking.
Blocking may occur dynamically—especially during major live events (e.g., football matches).
Users are responsible for taking measures to bypass ISP restrictions (e.g., using a VPN, proxy, or switching ISPs).
Any service interruptions due to ISP blocking do not qualify for refunds and are not covered by our money-back guarantee.
